Learning about beauty can be very overwhelming, but just like anything else, it can also be very easily researched, taught, and learned. For sparkling eyes, try using eye drops daily. This keeps eyes from drying out while you work, too. If you use your eyes a lot at work, such as at a computer terminal, keep eye drops handy. Simply keep eye drops handy and use about every four hours.

Use a shimmer blush unless you have perfect skin. Shimmer brushes typically highlight any blemishes on your body, which include scars, bumps, moles, and acne, which is not what you are going to want. However, matte blushes help to hide blemishes, so that your skin looks flawless and radiant.

Avoid refined foods as part of your daily beauty routine. Refined foods take away most of the nutrients that would naturally be found in a food. Often times the good things are replaced by chemicals and fortifiers. Your overall health will vastly improve, not just your skin, nails, and hair.

Use cucumbers or rosewater to rid yourself of circles under your eyes. Both of these have natural properties that will cool your eyes and lighten the skin beneath them. Simply dip a couple of soft cotton pads in rosewater or cucumber juice, and place each upon closed eyes for approximately 15 minutes.

To get smaller pores, cut refined sugars from your diet. Eating large amounts of refined sugar enlarges your pores, and can also lead to breakouts. If you have a sweet tooth, try sating your cravings with natural sugars like the ones found in fruit. Your skin will definitely thank you for it!

If your skin looks like it could use a wake-up, try this idea. Use a hot, damp washcloth (with a few drops of your favorite essential oil on it, or plain is fine too) and press it gently against your face for a minute. Finish with a splash of very cold water. The heat will improve your facial circulation and open your pores, while the cold water will tighten your skin and wake you up generally.
