How well do you care for the body? Do exercising every day, consume healthful foods, drink enough water, get adequate sleep? Don't be concerned, I'm never going to turn this into a big sermon, because I've been just like guilty of not giving my body the treatment and attention it should get. A large majority of us are. We live in an age of high tension, fast pace, and abundant convenience foods. For all those of us who only need to walk a few paces from our table to the kitchen, the temptation for snacking is increased. Who has time to exercise and prepare balanced meals?

Nevertheless , it's important to realize that neglecting our physical wellbeing can profoundly affect all of us mentally and spiritually. The Mind/Body/Spirit connection is solid. If we neglect one area, others will suffer also. The goal should be to acquire a nice, also balance among all three. Now i'm learning that it can be not as hard as it appears. My biggest mistake in the last several years was believing that proper care of my body would take a massive amount of time. &I'm too busy to physical exercise.
