Over the past decade, Justin Jedlica, of New York City, has had 90 cosmetic procedures, from pectoral implants to cheek augmentation. His procedures have cost almost $100,000. Asked whether he's worried his body won't hold up, he said, "I understand the risks ... and I'm willing to take those on."

Growing up, Jedlica was a straight-A overachiever with a secret loathing: His nose was "astronomically huge." He got a nose job, and has since had four more, each one "not as extreme and exaggerated as I wanted," he said. "I'm closer to the picture that I have in my head but it's still not a hundred percent." Jedlica has also had four lip injections.

Lacey Wildd, 44, is a "glamour model" who claims to have the seventh-largest breasts in the world. They weigh 21 pounds, she said. "I'm trying to look like a certain type, like almost like a Barbie type," she said. She said she was considering surgery to take her from triple-L cups to triple-M to become "the number-one booked breast star." Models like her make around $250,000 per year, Wildd said.

Wildd said she was a tomboy as a girl. While still a teen, she was a mom struggling to make ends meet as a waitress. She reinvented herself, undergoing 12 breast augmentations and changing her name. Dr. Andrew P. Ordon, author of "Better in 7: The Ultimate Seven-Day Guide to a Better You," says breast augmentation has changed over the years. "Demand is pushing the technology for a better implant."

Actor Mickey Rourke got plastic surgery mostly to fix damage from boxing, he told the Daily Mail. (Rourke, 60, was an amateur boxer as a young man, and fought professionally in the early 1990s.) Rourke played Ivan Vanko, Tony Stark's enemy, in "Iron Man 2." He appears here at his Hand and Footprint Ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theater on October 31, 2011 in Hollywood.

In a 2002 interview with ABC News, Michael Jackson denied having plastic surgery beyond two nose jobs to repair damage from a 1979 fall that broke his nose. In 1993 Jackson told Oprah Winfrey that his lighter skin was the result of a disease called vitiligo. In 1999 Dr. Steven Haughlin told "20/20" he performed plastic surgery -- particularly rhinoplasty -- on Jackson until the late 1990s.

Sheyla Hershey is a Brazilian-born housewife who has lived in Houston since the late 2000s. She has also been a singer, dancer and model. She has had over eight surgeries, using a gallon of silicone, and her bra size has become 38KKK. Her natural size is reportedly a B-cup. The surgeries had to be done in Brazil; the U.S. limits how much silicone can be injected into someone.

Heidi Montag, former star of "The Hills," had at least 10 procedures in 2009, then publicly regretted it. "I would tell [people] not to do it," she told ABC News. "You risk your life when you go under the knife. I hope that people really hear what I'm saying I almost risked everything, all my relationships, and myself, for vanity."
