Many of us know that eating well and exercising is usually important for good health. Yet often we hear about people 100 years old and older that are still essential and have not eaten flawlessly or exercised much. What is the secret of their particular good health?

The body goes into the stress response the moment you think frightening thoughts. Yet instead of being able to fight or flee, you are tied to the panic caused by your thoughts. You cant think very well due to since lack of blood in your brain, your organs are becoming robbed of necessary nutrients, and your defense mechanisms is not really functioning correctly.
