It shouldn't be contentious to say that CSS coding in raw HTML, and PHP for anything other than little websites is a bit insane. Especially with great WCMS like Drupal, Joomla, and WordPress accessible for free. But these aren't consistently up to the endeavor, notably for enterprise-grade sites and complex marketing management integrated.
