No. Termites will eat any form of cellulose they can get to. Hardwood flooring is no exception.
It is true that termites will choose a softer wood in preference to a hardwood but that is no assurance they will ignore flooring.

My daughter once had an infestation of termites around a window. They ate the soft portions of the pine framing but left the harder parts with the resin. They also came into the house and ate the paper backing on the wall paper leaving the printed surface.
