My frustration in shopping was always trying to find sizes, Knowles tells StyleList. Most stores only carry up to a size 12 or a 14 and they go so quickly. If a woman cant find something, she gets frustrated.
We can use different-sized fit models and create things that fit a range of sizes. Whether youre a size 2 or a 22, you deserve good fashion, Knowles said.
To help her launch Miss Tina by Tina Knowles,shewill bevisiting seven Walmart stores across the nation, starting last week in her hometown of Houston.
Almost 750 women showed up and we sold about 90 percent of the stock, Knowles shared. It was fun we dressed a woman from the audience who was a size 20 and she was beautiful.
Its great to see someone who is designing clothes for every size, not just the stick-thin model or actress. Tina Knowles knows what shes doing and her clothes are very attractive to the average woman especially since theyre affordable and stylish!
