The secret to unlocking your happiness could be taking a few short jaunts outside of your comfort zone. Many people do not like to take chances because they don't want to feel like a failure, so they would rather stay cemented in their comfort zone, which often leads to an unfulfilled life. Attempting something risky indicates bravery, which is a characteristic that will help you find true happiness.

As stated in the introduction, self improvement consists of expanding your knowledge. Gaining this knowledge is important, but it must also be applied.
