If you live in NYC you will pay much much more than in rural Alabama due to the cost of business. 2) Quality of equipment. there are well built systems hvac sacramento schools and cheaply made systems. Not all heating & cooling systems are the same. 3.) Experience installer/contractor. This is more important than the quality of equipment. An experienced contractor will get it done right the first time and may cost more than two guys working out of a truck.
