The University of Nebraska-Kearney won the 2012 NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships Saturday night in Pueblo, Colo., one year after Nebraska-Omaha claimed its third straight title, then had its program eliminated hours later.
The UNK Lopers won the team title with 107 points, and three individual champions, all in quick succession: Dalton Jensen at 141 pounds, Raufeon Stots at 149, and T.J. Hepburn at 157. Jensen and Hepburn both won their title bouts by pin.
