There is also a variety of other ill effects from the use of steroids that is not as widely known. For example, psychological addiction can come into play with those who are prone to it. Physical and psychological addictions are never defined there is a myriad of causes and effects. There will be signs of withdrawal which are connected with the ending of the use of steroids.
When stopping the use, it would only stand to reason that you would experience this reaction. The real physical test begins when you are not using the steroids anymore.
It does seem hard to wonder why the use is so prevalent considering the laundry list of side effects from anabolic steroid abuse.
Some people choose to mitigate some of these factors by opting to inject the drugs rather than take them orally. The severity and extent of certain side effects can me somewhat mitigated by opting to administer the drugs via injection. But there is no guarantee that one will be free from adverse side effects. This is absolutely insane, but some pro athletes even administer steroids using both injection and oral consumption.
