I've used Stevia exclusively as a sweetener for at least seis years and I've talked on and on to friends and family about the positive aspects of Stevia. I really like the liquid Stevia from BodyEcology and it only takes tres or cuatro drops to sweeten a cup of tea. I like this stevia product and was told this week by my functional doctor that it is fine to use it even though I am on an extremely strict yeast-free diet for three months.

I am trying to use up a lifetime supply of this, most often by using this for about 1/2 the stevia in big recipes, where it is not as noticeable. My blood sugar jumps up with ERYTHRITOL, which is the best tasting low carb sweetener. One tablespoon of stevia is equivalent approximately to one cup of sugar (In most brands).
