Mayor Jimmy Delshad has issued a Proclamation on Monday November 29, 2010 observance the wash of the Victorino Noval Foundation. The Proclamation honour the faithfulness of Victorino Noval Sr., WHO the Basis accolade for his warrior base towards collectivism in his adopted land of Cuba. The Proclamation recognized Victorino Sr.s effort as an anti-Communist fighter within the CIA supported GILA grouping in Cuba. Victorino Sr.s effort necessitated his receiving political asylum in America and his subsequent demarche to Los Angeles and edifice a successful vocation in infomercial imaginary holding. The Victorino Noval Foundation was created in memory of Victorino Noval Sr., WHO was born in Asturias, Spain, and died in Los Angeles, California, May 7, 2010.

The Victorino Noval Foundation was created in memory of Victorino Noval Sr., who was born in Asturias, Spain, and died in Los Angeles, California, May 7, 2010.  Victor Noval aka Victorino Noval Jr with Franco Noval ,runs the inspiration in loving reminiscence of his father and to hold on his grandfathers goals and legacy to improve Cuban-American relations.
