The North American Indians have a history which can be dated back to paleolithic times and there some artifacts which are available to view in museums, and some which are available to buy, which date back thousands of years. If you wished to buy some Indian artifacts but wanted something a little more substantial than an arrow head, you could delve right back into the paleolithic era, as long ago as about 14,000 years ago and get your hands on a spear head, folsom or blade.

Although these may not have the same appeal if it is prehistoric eras that interest you, they are invaluable when it comes to getting to know the Indian communities and lifestyles and their day to day activities.
