The crash occurred back in 2009 when Mullally allegedly ran a red light and crashed in to Kim's black Mercedes. You can see the photos of the crushed car on TMZ's website, and it really doesn't look good. What's interesting is that the woman who is suing seems to just want money for the repairs on her car
