AP Technology Releases ezSigner Direct
Signing Solution Securely Applies Digital Signatures and Graphics as Checks or Documents are Being Printed
AP Technology, a leading provider rubber stamp catalog of payment origination solutions, announced today the release of ezSigner Direct, a single-pass, check and document signing solution. ezSigner Direct allows organizations to add security and automation to the check signing process. This new release of ezSigner software simplifies the check signing process by allowing signatures to be added during the print process or as a second pass.
Once authenticated, the ezSigner software operator has access to apply signatures and graphics to their checks or other documents during initial printing or with a second pass through the printer. ezSigner Direct eliminates the hassles of maintaining check signing machines, using messy rubber stamps, or manually signing checks. Documents can be signed at the time they are printed by simply selecting the ezSigner print driver, or they can be printed as usual without signatures - giving the signatory an opportunity to review the items - and then signed in a second pass.
ezSigner's overlay editor provides rich capabilities for adding, importing and formatting signatures, graphics and text as required. ezSigner Direct tracks all printing activity through audit and event logs, and, if required, also tracks check numbers. Security can rubber stamp catalog be further enhanced by applying a security watermark behind each signature and a security stamp that specifies the print user, date, and time in a designated location.
