Don't Underestimate The Results Of Stress
There are lots of causes of stress, and this is something an increasing number of people are suffering from these days. One thing that modern science and medicine is bringing to light is the fact that stress, if not kept in check, can actually be life threatening. Stress has a number of consequences, some much better understood than others.

Some stress reducing behavior works for a short time, but isn't really good for us. Anxiety is often right behind unhealthy eating or taking drugs. Things like this aren't great for our health, plus they don't truly remove anxiety from our lifestyles. If you have the propensity to respond to anxiety in such methods, you should look for help, as this kind of reaction only increases long term anxiety. In the event you respond to stress in a way that harms your health or makes it tougher for you to carry out at work or get along with people, your stress levels will only increase. When we think about anxiety, we generally think of circumstances and events that we'd be happy to avoid. Some anxiety, though, is needed to stimulate us and prevent us from getting bored. You can more easily deal with stress if you don't try to hide it from yourself, so don't think of anxiety as some thing scary or shameful.
