Police say Kendall shot his next-door neighbor, 33-year-old Abigail Mounce, in the face with a rifle about four miles away near Northeast 63rd Street and Andresen Road. They had a longtime property dispute. Kendall then drove to Blandford Drive, fled into the woods and fatally shot himself, police said. read more

Graham found Kendall's car parked off a road in a wooded area with rifle cases inside and called 911 to report it. He was fired on soon after. read more

Vancouver police said Graham was fired on because he matched the suspect's description and they wanted to prevent him from fleeing into the woods. read more | read more

Later on July 30, a man found a backpack containing a gun and the female victim's driver's license in a parking ramp and turned it over to police. University of Minnesota and Metro Transit surveillance videos showed two men, later identified as Williams and Grayson, in the areas of the robbery and credit card charges. read more
