LeBlanc, Francis and Spainhower were placed on administrative leave after the Oct. 31 shooting -- a standard practice in officer-involved shootings. LeBlanc and Francis returned to full duty last week, but sheriff's officials said Spainhower remains on paid administrative leave pending an internal review. read more

Graham told The Oregonian on Monday that he lived in the area near the 700 block of Northeast Blandford Drive where he noticed a suspicious car as he was driving to work at a Portland-based private security firm. The victims, a man and a woman, told police they had been walking in the early morning near the Washington Avenue bridge that connects the east and west banks of campus when two men approached them. As one pointed a weapon at the students, the other told them to "put your face in the grass and give us everything you've got," according to charges against Williams and Grayson. read more
