When a patient experiences hives during pregnancy, in most cases the pregnancy itself is the cause of the hives. If this is the case, the hives will likely go away on their own within a couple of days. It can be very unpredictable; with the wheals themselves changing in size and moving around the body in a matter of hours.

There are a number of treatments for hives and many of them are natural and work in balance with your body and lead to you overcoming that maddening itching.
