Using proper form is important to all lifting weights exercises. If you concentrate on performing the exercise correctly, big biceps will result. When you never use good form, you do not stimulate the deep muscle tissues needed to build bigger biceps. With poor form you may be using other muscles instead of specifically targeting the ones you have to be devoted to building.
