Car Detailing How-To- Nanoskin

The new world of nanotech is forcing the auto detailing trade to continually evolve. This means auto detailing technicians will need to keep up with all of the new tech if they are going to keep up with the curve. One of the many standard auto detailing methods that is currently changing is the procedure known as exfoliation. Nanoskin is a new form of nanotechnology that is drawing interest with auto detailers and may become the new exfoliation method.

The term isn't only preserved for uncomfortable skin care methods. Like a human body, the skin of the car contains pores that regularly get clogged. Similar to our body's skin, pollutants and various contaminants collect inside of the pores of the vehicle. Eventually this is going to contribute to a breaking down of the protective layer and oxidation of the paint and body materials.
This in turn opens the door for issues such as uv rays and heat to break down the surface's protection even more. If the pores are left like this the paint will experience a much shorter lifespan. The right way to stop the process is always to scrub the skin and remove the harmful elements. Simultaneously, exfoliation is recognized as the common prep work for auto detailing products such as a wax or nanoceramic. The conventional technique applied by auto detailing specialists nowadays has been a process named Clay Bar. The process requires spraying a lubricant along the car or truck body, then massaging a bar of clay on the car's entire surface.
But there's something new in the car detailing field that creates similar results with a fraction of the energy and time. Nanoskin is arguably considered by auto detailers as the alternative exfoliation technique. An unused Nanoskin pad will be placed on a car detailing buffer and the surface buffed in a meticulous and thorough way. This pad incorporates a rubber polymer face that is able to scrub the surface of the vehicle on the atomic level.
Nanoskin is unquestionably faster and less complicated on larger areas. On top of that, Clay Bar can scratch the paint if it is not handled properly and the Nanoskin pad is less likely to do so. When it comes to confined areas or when there is a lot of tar or oil the bar is the better of the two. Some auto detailers doubt if Nanoskin will replace Clay Bar as the new standard. Some detailers don't believe the dispute can be settled in the near future. Innovations similar to this polymer rubber pad are changing the industry of auto detailing. A technician that is able to work on an automobile on the molecular level could have amazing potential.
