Because of this gain in popularity, several fans who can't afford the credit rates of the game decided to create their own servers which are called private servers. These private servers are run illegally. However, despite this, there are still a lot of players who patronize this for one very good reason: it's free!
Another problem that has been bugging the MMORPG Ragnarok Online is the existence of third party software also known as bots. These bots make leveling and farming easy since the player only has to do a little programming and voila! instant automated character.
Companies involved with the MMORPG Ragnarok Online are implementing different ways to counter this problem as well as other bugs in the game.
