"So many people including book-sellers are encountering business challenges. I hope that I can help festival attendees as well as fellow authors and publishers," states Nicholas. His book entitled: I Come First: How the Individual Ego Rules Every Business Decision was written to help accelerate the learning curve for people navigating through typical and unusual business challenges. The Conservatorship book I Come First is an in-the-trenches business survival guide that presents funny, honest and helpful solutions in a "friendly" read. Nicholas was all too aware that many business books and self-help guides can not sustain the reader's interest after a few pages. I Come First was written to educate and entertain readers. "Keeping people engaged is crucial in all facets of business," states Nicholas.
