Hair
Nuke doesn't give much thought to changing his hair color and complexion slightly. To him it's like putting on make up, he just goes with what colors he likes. He figured nobody really notices (but they do.)
Messy- He usually sports a very gold messy style. He'll put gel or spray in it to make it look messy.
Short - This is the hair he'll have if he's lazy or washes/brushes it.
Long - He sported this style for a long time when he was younger and living as a nobleman among humans (and for a time as a cat boy.) He'll wear this style around strangers and when he want to negotiate (and have the upper hand [though it doesn't really help him, it's just a "comfort-blanket."])
Rave - Nuke's only occupation is being a DJ at a local club (when he feels like it.) He has a lot of raver/clubbing clothes. He may or may not color the tips of hair with any particular color with coloring products.
Details
Despite the many forms Nuke can take, his eyes are always green (this is due to an enchantment he can't lift.) He likes having blonde hair and his skin color can be anywhere from a light brown to a medium dark. He's decidedly tan because of a friend he lives with and his misguided notion that it would make this friend feel better if there are different colored people around. He frequently changes his size and gender. In his typical male appearance he's thin and of average height.
He usually has a cute/young face. His overall look makes it seem like he could be in his teens or younger or could be a girl if he needed to change on the spot. He doesn't always choose to look young, but for the most part it serves his purposes. People will help him more readily, be more forgiving and less likely to hurt him (try to hurt him.)

Personality
Quirky, silly, outgoing, eccentric, manipulative, mood swings and sometimes temper tantrums. Nuke has unpredictable triggers, but if something triggers him and he isn't calmed down he'll start destroying things and attacking people. He predictably takes the same dragon /oid forms when he's getting angry and if he's a big dragon, he's in a big bad mood. If he's in a mood to be alone and/or prank people he'll take form of his own design that send people running. He'll also prank people by looking like furniture.
Past
He recently became and started living as "Nuke." His past names have been Kai (for about the past 900-1000 yrs), Shami (his original name, which means "shapeshifter" in his tribe's language) and, as an animal, he hasn't always had a name. Some 1400 years ago Nuke was living as a male wolf and spawning half-shifter wolves with his wolf mate. Since his children could have wings and stretch their limbs to catch prey, a local witch took notice. When Nuke outlived his mate by twice her life span, the witch found him and marked him to have green eyes so she could always identify him. It isn't a curse or spell, so there's no apparent or easy way to lift it. Even though his life as a wolf was a brief time (30 yrs [he looked after his children and grandchildren for a while]), it was a significant time to him.
Present
Nuke is approx. 2000 years old, but he doesn't feel it. There are periods of time he's hibernated and a long period of time when he was in the captivity of a witch (another one), who only took him out of sleep to use him as a minion. Nuke wasn't honestly bound by this witch, but he let her believe he was for a two people who couldn't get themselves out of her grasp. He spends his time in various forms and DJs at a club on certain nights or when requested.
Style
Nuke's style is a reflection of his interest in music. He has a lot of clubbing clothes and raver-like clothing. He'll frequently go to the club as a female DJ. He'll often have headphones or ear buds to listen to music he comes across. He'd be the type to like fashion and try new, strange outfits and trends.
If Nuke is wandering around town by himself during the day he'll take the form of a gray or black cat. For amusement he'll sometimes walk around the touristy/foreigner parts of the city as a tiger. If he's in the mood to run, he'll take a cheetah or wolf form, to fly a hawk or small green dragon, to swim an octopus or dolphin (sometimes a water type dragon or merman/maid: if there are other merpeople around.)

He doesn't usually/ever change his base sex, but will change his appearance/phenotype. His core form is male, but he's usually both. Removing and re-creating something over and over is painful and difficult. It's easy enough to change his exterior appearance (which is usually him just changing something, but maintaining the same parts: skin, eyes, mouth, nose, legs...). His vital organs are not normal, they're often optimized in ways that are easiest for him: for instance he usually has two small, flat-ish, hearts that are attached to his lungs and look more like a growth than hearts.
He tends to take forms that are similar to whoever he's encountering. He particularly likes taking dragon and naga form, but doesn't unless he's angry or around dragons or nagas.
