Friendship
In this life, few things matter more than friendship.
It borders on par with having to eat and breath. It can compel us to experience the pains and joys of someone close as if it were our own. To travel miles and miles just to give a hug. To share your secret unicorn fetish with. And to look past physical differences

Friendship is defined by individuals, every person has their own idea of what it means to them. But I would like to tell you what it means to me. How I define friendship.

In my eyes I feel I should always give to those I am lucky enough to call 'friend'.
I love being able to bring a smile to their face always, be it by cheering them up with a joke or making them something with my sewing machine or art.
And with my unyielding loyalty.
I will defend and protect my friends with all that I am capable, if that's what they ask I will do it and even if not asked.

In this life I thought I only had two friends. And I was content with that.
Until recently when I met an absolutely spectacular person. And he proved me wrong in my assumption. And now life would feel an emptiness that only he could fill if he were to suddenly vanish.
And though our bond is still maturing and growing, we have come a long ways thus far. We share difficult things, silly things and bad jokes.
And I am happy to say I don't have a friend but three. (and a loving fiance)
And it makes me feel rich and loved.
