You know, I wish it were easier to find real information on "psychic" phenomenon or fringe sciences... I mean...

Look, it's not like I think I'm psychic. I just want to know if something's in my head, or if there might be a scientific reason for it, or if other people have had similar experiences.

Two or Three years ago, I found that when I put my hands close to some people, I got a weird feeling. Not a feeling feeling, more like I'm touching something, something physical. I messed around with my friend's Joseph "energy", aura, whatever, for a while (just to mess with him), and it always made him shudder. confused
I mostly forgot about it, it's not like I put my hands within an inch of someone very often. Until about a month ago. When I put my hand over a friend's shoulder and hesitated because she startles easily, and I didn't want to scare her again. Then I feel it. The "aura", I guess that's what it is. Today she and my other friend brought it up, and I got pulled into "feeling" a bunch of people's "aura".

Now I just wanted to see if it was a kinda normal thing, but there are so many cranks out there, I just don't know if there are any reliable sources out there. stare Now, I don't really think I'm psychic. When I was little I day-dreamed about it, but there wasn't much to support it. I still don't think I'm psychic, but it's still kinda weird... I also really don't like doing it. I feel nervous right before, then I have to try and work out how to describe what it feels like I'm touching.

Joseph's aura feels like cotton candy, that doesn't get all sticky and melt.

Kate Lee's aura is like a cross between static electricity and blackberry bushes.
I described Tala's in two ways, first was like petting a cat the wrong way (like you're ruffling the fur) and it's moving all around, fluffy but fluid. I think I described it to her as a tangible cloud, but not cottony.
Eve was like when you're sitting in the sun in a coat, and you feel that kind of prickly thing.
Tala's boyfriend's aura felt like a wall with rainwater pouring down it.

My hand felt really itchy afterward...

I feel really awkward about this entry... sweatdrop 'Cause it seems like I'm making a big deal out of nothing... but I haven't really made a big deal out of this ever... I really just want to know if it's in my head or not. I'm a bit irritated that I can't find any reliable information. Just stuff like "How to Learn how to See Auras" or "Stealing Auras" or "How to curse people using your aura".
