OK, so a friend wants me to meet his family. Well actually have dinner out with them .
This does make me uncomfortable.....but I owe him one after how I behaved when he took me out for my birthday.(aloof and unappreciative)
I did not mean to act that way. It was set off by the way he looked at me.
When he came to the door to pick me up. His expression was one of awe as if he had just seen me for the first time. The first thing in my head was 'Oh no he thinks I am pretty'. (I have seen the look before on guys I turn down)
I feel obligated in a way. I have backed out of meeting his bestfriend, brother, brothers girlfiend, and niece and nephew. This engagement would include all of them plus the' Parents '.
