A little history-During the events of the Marvel Civil War, an unlikely friendship began with two of the universes strongest heroes. The Mutant Storm was found among a group of masscerd mutants and she was one of the only survivors of the battle. She gatherd what bit of strenght she had left, to try and send for help. She sent 5 rapid lighting bolts in the sky. Her call was answerd by Doctor Strange who was surveying the area overhead looking for survivers. He flew down and saw her unconciose but still breathing body and flew her to a secluded carvern he had been staying in. Over the next few day's he used his magic to try and reveive her from the deep coma she had fallen into. A few days later she woke up to find Strange sitting next to her on the rocky floor....
Needless to say the two of them formed a very strong friendship that lasted for about 5 years, before they announced that they were getting married and were expecting a child.
This child is non other then the Great Jeffery Moroe-Strange........
Growing up: Jeffery had a tough time growing up as a child. He was always bigger and taller then his peers, and felt out of place ussaly being an nearly a foot or two taller then expected of children his age.
At the age of 12 his parents were murderd by Daken and the dark avengers. This caused him to become very tempermenral. He would constantly get into fights with other children, and one day he beat a boy to death. He hadnt ment to kill the boy, but his rage got the best of him. As he was pounding away at the boy a surge of lighting went through his body, and the power of his punches maginfied by 10. Instead of being thrown in Jail for man-sluagheter,he was taken in to the Xavier Institute for the gifted, where he learned that he was in fact a mutant as well, his powers had just take some years to show up.
Jeffery had the ability to harness the elements and summon great magic at his command, but over exertian of his powers cuased him to pass out and even mild use gave him migrains that were practiclly unbearable. Instead of magic Jeffery relied on his phsical strenghts perferring to fight with his fists and a red bladed katana he always carried around on his back.
Modern Day:
Today Jeffery is a leading member of The Xaviers Institute for gifted youngsters. He often acts as the schools leader , comming up with new battle tactics and stragities that will keep destruction and carnage to a minimum. He teaches the children the importnace of keeping an even mind while using there powers.He stands at an imposing 6ft 2 and he is rather muscaler as well. He has a light golden brown tanned skin tone and black hair with white stripes down the side.
It's easy to tell by looking at him that he is the son of Doctor Strange and storm. Many people find him intimidating becouse of all of this, and it makes befriending people very difficult. He loves children but they often run from him when he tries to be kind. Jeffery has a sever drinking problem, that he developed after scaring off the love of his life when he muderd a man who tried to rape her with his bare hands. She was terrified at seeing him rip a man to shreds and she bolted into the street to get away and was hit by a incomming truck.
At 20 years old, he can no longer hold down a real job or function with people any longer then nessacary.
Powers: The ability to control the weather and the elements as well as the ablity to harness magic for some reason he is extremely fast as well and uses that ability to fist fight instead of using magic.
Wepons: Brass Knuckles, a staff the appears when he calls for it, a katana on his back
Weakness: Achoholism,Short temperdness,and Extreme Migrains from using magic.
Role Play Notes: Rides a black motorcycle with a red heart insignia on it. The insignia is on most of his stuff,including his katana and when he kills someone or captures them he burns the insignia onto there forehead.
