The jounal of teh Donut.
It's all in the name.
SUPAH3RO
Reason for joining: Well, obviously for my love of comics and superheroes/villains, but it's also hard to find a good superhero/villain roleplay out there.

NAME: Ryan Anderson.
CHARACTER INFO: Just the basics for now. Ryan is a simple thief, he's a career criminal with no real talent for anything outside of crime. Thanks to fate, fortune, or whatever kind of god you believe in, Ryan acquired a special suit. Now, this suit is great since it does two things: One, it grants density control, meaning Ryan can go from intangible to diamond-hard in a moments notice. Two, it allows portal generation, which helps for a speedy escape.
AGE: Twenty-nine.
STRENGTHS: Density Manipulation, Portal Generation, Career Criminal.
WEAKNESSES: D-lister villain, poor hand-to-hand combatant, relies on his suit to do most of the heavy work.

SKILLS Beyond being slightly cunning and a career criminal, giving him some prowess when it comes to planning and scheming, his real skill is manipulating the suit he is in possession of.

__________________
WEAPONS The suit itself.

Sample RP:Luis casually strolled into the Training area with a smug smile etched onto his face. He still happened to be holding his former minions' skull, and he took a moment to examine it. 'A shame that he had to die', Luis thought wistfully, holding the skull at arms length. "Alas, poor Lizard face. I knew him." He said mournfully, and tossed the skull to the side, listening with great satisfaction as it cracked and shattered on the uneven, broken floor. It was about time to try out his new abilities that he had gained from his old minion, and they promised to be quite useful, the healing factor in particular. Luis closed his eyes and took a moment to meditate and form Lizard Faces' weapon, a spiked gauntlet, and focused on its' form being brought from the spiritual to the physical world. It took a great amount of effort, and at one point Luis was very sure he had just soiled himself, but after what felt like hours Luis opened his eyes to see himself wearing the weapon. "Ah, no wonder I killed him. Such a wonderful weapon... And now, to test it." Luis said aloud and clapped his hand together. Immediately, a pair of black hands brought forth three Shinigami, all of captain level and all armed, into the wide open training ground. Previously, Luis had promised them freedom if they managed to defeat an opponent of his choice, and the confusion etched upon their faces was a sure sign that they would never have suspected that their opponent would have been him, the man that had given them a chance at freedom. Luis waved to them and ordered them to fight, and they were only too happy to oblige.

And so they fought, but only one charged Luis. The other two had the sense to flank Luis and strike at his sides, or they had fought together in the past and knew each others styles. Either way, Luis was more then prepared to handle this rabble. He waited until the two flanking shinigami closed in and attacked, both stabbing at his sides, until he blocked with sword and gauntlet, allowing the charging shinigami an opening, which she happened to take advantage of. It was all a feint, of course, and when she stabbed forward she hit nothing but air. Luis had thrown his hips to the right to avoid a possibly lethal blow, and now he was in a prime position to strike at the charging shinigami. Luis pushed up on the flanking shinigami's weapons, sending them back and disorienting them for a second, and that was all he needed. Luis jumped up and executed a spin kick, catching the charging shinigami in the shoulder and sending her spinning away and hitting one of the flanking shinigami in the jaw, possibly breaking it and sending him backwards. By now the other flanker had recovered and struck, and struck fast, almost too fast for Luis to block. Almost. Fortunately for him, Luis managed to block with the gauntlet, but a little too late to avoid injury, but a cut on the forearm was nothing serious compared to the dislocated jaw the other flanking shinigami had sustained and was now popping into place. Luis pushed the blade back and sonido-ed away, catching his breath and to position himself a but more strategically...

... And they came on with a fierce determination blazing in their eyes. Here, standing before them and bleeding from numerous shallow wounds, was the one thing standing between them and their freedom. To Luis, they were the physical embodiment three things he hated most in life: Love, Trust, and Compassion. Thinking this motivated Luis to fight through the pain and the anger at the as-yet-to activate healing factor. He had sustained numerous cuts, and possibly a fractured bone or two, during his desperate attempts to kill one of his attackers and successfully defend against their attacks. So far, all he had managed to do was block two and barely evade one, and sometimes he did so on mere luck. 'Damn Lizard Face', Luis shouted inside his mind, snarling as he knocked away and dodged another set of attacks, 'Useless even in death. Oh, how I would have loved to know this before I had eaten him'. Luis jumped over two blades that tried to stab through his legs, but while he dodged the blades he couldn't dodge the one blade aimed for his stomach. He watched it, as if his life had slowed down to a crawl, as the blade inched towards his belly... As the point slowly parted his Hierro and skin and slipped into his belly oh so softly, and as it did he felt pain erupt in his stomach. He stared down at it as the blade disappeared into his stomach and twisted. He felt all of it, of course, and time returned to normal as the shinigami holding the blade ripped it out and kicked him away. Luis fell to the ground and held his stomach, and probably his internal organs, trying to keep the blood inside while applying pressure to the wound.

Luis slowly rose to see the shinigami slowly advancing, a sick smile etched on their faces. With sweat flowing down his face and blood pouring from what could be a fatal wound, Luis stood to meet them. 'I guess i might as well take someone with me...' he mused sardonically, blinking furiously to keep from passing out. He sized each shinigami up, trying to pick the weaker of the three. It had to be the smaller male, the one whose jaw had been dislocated in the beginning of their brawl. His attacks were the weakest out of the three, and he was the one who had sustained the most damage, so Luis picked him, and sonido-ed over to the advancing group.Luis jumped onto the smaller shinigami, who was too surprised to raise his weapon, and shoved his sword through the shinigami's back and through himself. The small man died, Luis's sword piercing his spine and heart, and he slowly fell to the ground... But not before his friends stabbed through their fallen comrade, stabbing Luis in the process. One sword pierced his heart, and the other his left lung, and both hurt like a b***h. Luis coughed up a gob of blood and phlegm into the females face and smiled, thinking his last farewell quite humorous. However, the female didn;t think so, and she began stabbing the fallen Luis numerous times, going to far as to stab him in the groin. But it didn't really matter, Luis looked pretty dead...

... Luis looked calm in death, calmer then he had ever looked in life. Hell, he would have looked down right peaceful if there wasn't a few gaping stab wounds in his chest, stomach and outer extremities. However, Luis felt compelled to stay in this body and returned to the realm of the living... To finish the job he had started. So, as his consciousness rushed back into his body, he felt a surge of adrenaline and energy like he had never felt before. He awoke with a loud gasp and took a large gulp of air. He had returned to the world of the...Unloving, so to speak, and his wounds had healed perfectly too, almost as if they had never been there to begin with. Luis felt his stomach for scars, in the off chance his eyesight was beginning to failing, but sure enough there was nothing there but smooth, hairless skin. Luis smiled and looked at the departing shinigami, both of whom were completely oblivious to the fact that Luis was now alive. They wouldn't be alive for much longer. In fact, they were going to die very, very soon... Call it Arrancar's Intuition.

He jumped up with new enthusiasm and fired off a volley of bala's to get his "friends" attention. Sensing the approaching attack, the two whipped around and deflected the attacks with ease, ready to charge the still-sitting Luis and run him through. However, they were only to be distracted by the true threat from behind, Luis had used his illusion clones to distract them while he slipped around, and now the two were completely open. The female, probably the stronger of the two, sensed Luis's odd reiatsu in time to parry the gauntlet aimed to split her skull, but her male counterpart wasn't as skilled. Luis's sword caught him in his chest and tore through his left lung. All he managed to do was gasp before Luis ripped the sword out and punched him in the throat, breaking his neck and shredding the skin. The female watched in horror as Luis turned on her and attacked with both sword and gauntlet, giving her no quarter as he beat her sword out of her and and continued to beat her into a bloody mess. Luis didn't stop until she was less than nothing, until her blood began to dry on his weapons and body, only then did he stop.

Luis stood and slicked his hair back with her blood, grinning at his handy work. "That's how it's done girl, that's how it's done." He mumbled under his breath. Luis snapped his fingers and ordered the Black Hands to bring him a pair of new clothes and carry him to the Marking Room. Now that his healing factor was working as it should be Luis figured that it was time to get his tattoo.

What sort of growth potential do you see for your character?
Well, eventually, he'll either bond with the suit as Iron man once did with his, or he'll aquire upgrades and make it a hell of a lot better. Beyond the suit, he'll eventually grow into a smarter, stronger, and better criminal, or do a Heel Turn Face and become a good guy for whatever reason.
How often do you think you will rp?
Almost all the time.
