Toradora to me ws a funny, cute, and damatic anime. It follows the story of Taiga Aisaka (AKA the Palmtop Tiger) and Ryuugi Takasu. Ryuugi has a crush on Taiga's best friend, Minori, where Taiga has a crush on Ryuugi's bestfriend, Yusaku. The two leads meet when Ryuugi accdntly bumps into the small child like, Taiga, who in returns punches him in the face in front of te whole school. Ryuugi soon learns she earned her nick name because of her being so small she could fit inthe palm of your hand, yet she has the intesitity of a tiger. When Ryuugi ends up stayng fter school Taiga acciedentaly puts a love note into his bag insead of Yusaku's. She tries to get the bag back so she can take the letter out but is unsuccesful. When Ryuugi finds the letter addressed to Yusaku he cant help but open it up- only to find that Taiga forgot to put the actual letter inside.
When she bust into Ryuugi's home in an attepmt to get the letter back, she ends up nearly killing him until he yells that she had forgotten to put the letter in. The two make a deal. Taiga is to help Ryuugi get together with Minori, and Ryuugi is o help Taiga get together with Yusaku.
Toradra is an amazing anime. Its completely leveled out. For every scen there is a scene that is chopped full of tear jerkers. I would recomind Toradora for any anime fan. Its not just for the Shojo people out tere. There is plenty of action and mystery.
On a scale of 1-10 I would rate Toradora a 9.
