One cold november night, I was with my twin sister Satius in my home. A fire was dancing in the fire place as we sipped hot cocoa, giggling and telling each other stories. Rheo, Cleo, Zelda and Phantom our pet cats were sleeping on the purple rug. Then Satius turned to me.
"~GoP~?" said Satius looking at me.
"Yeah?" I repied looking at her as the fire roared.
"You never told me about your life before we met and found each other," Satius looking at me with her ruby red zombie eyes while she was drinking her cocoa.
"I mean, that day one year old when fate came and made our family whole as we met. You have never shared about what you did."
I sighed, "The time has come to tell you about my life I guess. Let me start from the begin..."
Three years ago...
In a hospital, you see a fine woman with long blonde braded hair. Her face has a grim frown with her mole looking sad. A tall thin pale ten year old child is next to her. Matching her mother long braided hair but with dark midnight black shade. She has a face of her mother without the mole. The mother name is Lady Denna and the child is too young to have her gaian name so she is called her birth name, Tracy. A doctor talks to Denna while Tracy sits outside the in the Waiting Room humming and playing with her pet cat Cleo. This is where the story lays...
"Doctor, you must be wrong!" Denna said in a angry tone, "I can not be sick, I have a daughter and a job!" She points outside to her daughter. "She needs me and I need her."
"Miss Denna, you are cofiemed to have Shadow Death, It says it all in your blood." The doctor repied with a hint of a sad tone. "You must stay in the hospital and must be obversed."
Lady Denna eyes dance wildly in anger "What about my daughter and money. Shes going to need food, a home and mother to keep her safe from bad dreams and builies!"
I walked in to that room as my mother was saying this. I looked up at her with hopeful eyes. "Mommy, was going on?"
The doctor spoke for my mother that moment, "My dear, your mommy is very sick with a speical and rare sickness called Shadow's Death. It will make mommy very weak and hurt."
I looked at the doctor and asked. "Can't you fix her?"
My mother looked almost tearful at that moment. Now she spoke for the doctor, "Kiddo, the doctor cannot fix me, so I am going to have to stay here."
I could tell every part of her mind wanted her to be with me and come home but mom had to stay their and hope by L0cke's nose that she would get better.
After the long minutes the doctor spoke those cruel words, "Denna you are going to have to do something with your daughter. She cannot live here."
Denna sighed, "I know but where can I put Tracy, shes only a child!"
The doctor paced up and down the room when an idea hit him so hard he tripped on the slippy black and white floor. "What about your family, your husband and mother, can't they take care of her?" The doctor repied.
Denna eyes darted to the floor while she said, "No my husband #12 has run of with a french chick with lovely legs and Cardie is in the hospital for surgrey on her feet to make them longer and sexier."
The doctor rembered something he had gotten from Johnny K Gambino and looked through his things. He took out a sheet of paper and passed it to my mother.
Mom glanced down at the sheet. It said "Wanted: Young Maid, will pay 10k a week at Gambino's Mansion. Does not need to have any expection but must be cute and like wearing short dresses. Also inclueds place to live, food and protection. " "So? Are you going to try and be a maid, doctor?" Denna and I were holding in a giggle.
"No I don't think I will look good in short dresses, but your daughter could work their and earn some money while your in the hospital and pay your fees," The doctor looked at me then my mother.
Before mother could say anything I repied, "Alright when do I start?"
The doctor repied as he passed, "Fill out this form, then pack up your things and go to Gambino's Mansion then you would be all set."
We returned home and I packed a few things, A few t-shirts, my favorite SILK shades, my black tie, and Cleo my pet CoCo. Mommy broke the silence.
She said in a quiet voice, "Are you sure you want to do this, I mean I could just go to work and..."
I cut her off, "NO! Your sick mommy and Gambino's mansion for a job is like paradise."
Denna sighed "Okay, but if anything happends to me then your an orphan."
We walked outside of our small cottage as snow fell, Mom's words sinking into my young brain. We went our ways, Denna to the Hospital and I went down the road into the snow. After a half an hour of walking I came to the giant door of the Gambino Mansion. The warm glow of lights inside looked inviting, and I knocked on the big door. The door swung open and a huge man with giant muscles appeared.
He asked me in gruff voice. "Whose out there and what do you want?"
I gasped and in a tiny voice "I came for a job offer, I got it from my mama's doctor and It told me to come here." I was shaking, afraid that he would hurt me.
I was too busy staring at the man, not noticing I was being watched from above. A boy with blonde hair and big eyebrows was looking down from one of the many huge windows surrounding the mansion.
"Who is that?" The boy whispered to himself. Something inside of him just wanted to stare at the strange girl with a big, purple, red, and white scarf and the small CoCo following her.
The man replied with that gruff voice. "Aren't you a bit young to work here?"
I told him as I picked up Cleo, "No! I am a good worker and I need the money, my mom is sick in the Hopistal with Shadow Death."
The man's eyes widen at the words "Shadow Death", "You poor thing! My name is Bucho, head of sercity of Gambino's Mansion, My father died of Shadow Death." He wiped up a tear from his eyes.
I put my hand on Bucho's shoulder and patted it, "Your father must have been a great man, but may I come into the Mansoin?"
Bucho smiled "Yes, I understand what its like needing money, I had to work at the Mansion to rase money for my father too." He opened the door and lead me inside from the cold, snowy night.
The inside of the Mansion was grand and beautiful. Grand collems of mable and beautiful silk tasptries surround the mansion. Large oak doors where every where, servants running in and out of them. I gasped "Its amazing, where do I go?"
Bucho steered me to a smaller door and knocked on it, "Satius, are you in there?" he asked and the door opened.
"Bucho, what do you... " The girl stared at me. She had short cut hair with sharp cuts. She was wearing a blue maid oufit with an angelic feather duster.
I returned the stare, she sound like me. What a minute she looked like me, Midnight black hair, dark eyes but hers were blue. A memory hit me in the head. Mom and I were in a room, It looked like it was summer a few years ago. The dream Denna was sad with a frown on her face.
"Mommy, whats wrong," I asked in the memory
"I lost your two sisters when I hade you, my dear. Your one of triplets" She said with tears streaming down her face.
"How did you lose them?" I asked again, I was shocked in this memory.
"When I had all three off you the doctor, who helped me give birth, stole them when they were babies."
"Mommy, What were their names?" I said hopefully.
"Satius and Razz1e," She said and went into a tear comma.
The memory faded and I gasped for breath.
I stopped the story of our lives and smiled at Satius. "Your rember that?"
Satius, who had been listening the whole story, smiled "Yes, The first time we met. <3 Now go on ~GoP~ you left off at the good part!"
I stared but a knock came at the door. I walked over to my purple door and opened it. Outside was Razzy in her angelic sash.
"Hey GOP and Satius!" She said with a smile and walked inside.
"Razzy!" Satius and I said at the same time and tackled her.
"What are you too doing?Without me!?!?" She said than laughed.
"~GoP~ was telling our life story," Satius said and hugged Razzy.
"Well then GOP go on!" Razzy smiled and setted down on the pillows.
"Okay now where where we..." I asked, and we all dived back into the story.
Bucho smiled and said, "Satius this is a new girl, who is here for the job, her name is..."
"Tracy!" I exclaimed and contined to stare.
Bucho said with a sly smile, "Well, Satius you look like your fell off your high horse but no matter." He pushed me into the room and closed the door behind me.
