Why am I so freakin' <i>nervous</i> lately?!
Emails back and forth with the prospective vocal teacher is looking good, real good, so good in fact..
That Sunday/today I am going to beg, bribe, and generally work my a** off with my 'rents BECAUSE... I have her schedule for this week, and she'll let me come in for a free consultation, more indepth talk about her teaching style/goals as a teacher, maybe a little vocalization so she can hear me sing and give examples of recommendations..
And for some reason, I've gone from being cool and confident about wanting this and trying to get a new teacher to NERVOUS. AS. F***.
It's insane. I am jittery and jumpy and butterflies are attacking my stomach lining (or that could be my stomach issues) and all my collected intellectualizing just went out the door and....
Goddamnit this is just like a mini-panic attack. [********].
