I'm so happy right now~
Why, you ask, my deawr?
Well, sweethawt, tis because we --we being the small ansomble my orchestra teacher put together to play at little events during the school day, which includes me-- did spectacularly at the Principal's Honor Role Breakfast today!
You see, Mrs.Cottet, my orchestra teacher, put me in a group of students in my advanced orchestra class in 6th period.
This small group is made up of:::
Me~ violin, second position.
Brianna~ violin, second position.
Alex~ violin, first position.
Shelby~ violin, first position.
Chalidra~ Cello.
Gharette~ viola.
Caitlin~ viola.
Heh, yea.
It's just the seven of us now.
Mrs.Cottet put another student --who's better than all of us-- in the group, but he's just disappeared from school for a while.
Nobody really knows what's going on, but I saw him this morning, and then he disappeared again for the rest of the day O.O
It was really weird.
Anyway, we played a few songs:::
1st song~ Mozart's Alellua.
2nd song~ William Tell Overature.
3rd song~ The Danube Waltz.
"The Danube Waltz" was my favorite song to play xD
It's this song that I really can't explain when typing, so I'm not going to.
Hah, sucks for those of you who wanted to know :B
We did amazingly!
Those violin lessons have really been paying off for me.
I'm really glad I've been taking them.
