So it turns out that until I get a job, there will be no testing of GNAT V5 (the two person verson) anywhere other than this machine. I'd need a server of my own, or one that I can configure to my heart's content, to do it with MVC and I'm not willing to do it without MVC because anything less wouldn't be proper application designing.
