Ninjas Nijas are pretty cool ill admit, But they can't beat jedi. Ninjas just arnt safe in their shadows because shadows means nothing with the force other than good or evil. Now if your were a jedi ninja, a jeninda then it would be over. You can mask your presence with the force and you can find othere ninja, you would be unstopable!
