It seems like being heartbroken is my thing
But hearing your voice is like hearing angels sing

I gave you my heart just so you can hold it
I never knew you would destroy it
So you kept all the pieces and then you hurt me
Why does this s**t have to happen to me?

You said there was still a connection
Then pushed me in a different direction
I tried my hardest to earn your love
You get rid of me with just a shove

Every time I see how you love him I just get mad
But every time I hear your name I get sad
I give up on you because I know love is a lost cause
