White is light
Happy and beautiful
It's sweet and bright
Like soft kisses trailing your face
Black is dark
Fearful and ugly
It's horrid and dangerous
Like silent screams from a nightmare
When your world is black and white
You find yourself caught between the tides
Of good and evil
But is it true?
What if there was no good or bad
A myth to cheer the sad
What if its all a lie
As simple as pie
Truth be told
We're all the same
