Character Profile- Kasi
User Image
Name-Kasi
Age- Appears to be 21
Race-Demon Planeswalker
Gender-Female
Sexuality- Heterosexual
Appearance- 5'5'' tall, 136 lbs.
-Young Kasi-
Her skin is a light tan, and her hair is a fire red, kept around shoulder length and pulled up in the back, allowing it to waterfall down in the back, causing some pieces to stick up around the clip. She has multiple scars on her face, two that cross in the middle of her face at the bridge of her nose, one that runs down her right eye to the jaw line, and a fourth that crosses the one through her eye at her right cheek. On her chest she has a scar that runs from her right shoulder to left hip, and on her back she has an ‘X’ shape scar from both shoulders to either hip. She has a small set of horns on the top of her head, and they are seen as either black or as a light brownish color. Her eyes are a deep crimson and change shades depending on her mood, and her ears are slightly elongated and pointed, much in the fashion of an elf’s. She is normally seen wearing a red short kimono patterned with pink cherry blossoms with a black obi that has a golden and red accessory that hangs from the front middle, a black hakama, white or red tabi, and a pair of Geta, and a pair of fingerless black gloves. The bottom of her face and her neck is always covered, either by a red scarf that she keeps wrapped around her face or by a simple black cloth mask. She carries with her a katana that is sheathed in a plain black saya, attached to the hilt of the katana is a small silver bell.

-Older Kasi-
Her skin has turned from a soft tanned color to a pale/white, and her hair is now long enough to brush against the backs of her knees and is white, save for the tips which is an inky black color. Her eyes are a pale ruby color, and the horns and scars are gone. She wears either a simple red dress with long sleeves or a high loose neck line, the bottom of the dress coming to just above her mid thigh, with a thin black belt around it that hangs in the front middle, much like an altered version of her older outfit, modified to fit in with the newer times. On her feet she retains the red tabi, only they come to mid calf and button up the side, and the Geta. On her head is an accessory that appears to be made out of some sort of light armor, shaped almost like feathers of white and red. She no longer openly carries a weapon, though when need be, she can summon a large scythe.

Background-
The first sighting of this female, which at the time was referred to as a female Oni, was around the year AD 650 in Japan during the Azuka Period. Her appearance was mainly reported around battles and skirmishes, though some wandering samurai would claim having seen her during their training, her appearing before them like a vision and challenging them, only to leave without a trace once the spar had been completed to her satisfaction. Though the accounts were varied from farmers that claimed she killed their chickens and stole their crops to wealthy merchants that claimed she attacked them for nothing more than their jewels and riches, especially if they were shiny, the main details on her appearance would always remain the same, a young looking female, with blood red hair and glowing red eyes, horns atop her head and pointed ears, and a very short attention span.

She would remain in Japan for a number of years, disappearing for a while when rumors of the female demon began to circulate too frequently, only to reappear where there was a larger scale battle. She would secretly become employed with the ruling bodies of certain factions in Japan, including Toyotomi Hideyoshi. She would remain in his employ until he would try to invade Korea and China, at which time she would lose use for him and leave him shortly before his death in August 18, 1598, though some claimed that his failing health was a result in conspiring with a demon. She would once more fade from the Japanese culture for a while, returning to the wilderness from which she had originally seemed to be birthed, returning to her old routine, having amassed a bit of wealth from her services to the late Lord Hideyoshi. She would hide her money, never really using it aside to buy the occasional thing to care for her weapon, a simple looking katana that was carried in a simple black Saya. The only thing that would make it noticeable would be that a small bell was attached to the end of the hilt, a bell that only would ring right before a battle or someone’s death.

It would be sometime in the year AD 1802 that she would leave Japan during the Edo period. The government was starting to change, the people were starting to change, and she was bored of it all. She would set her sights instead to a place across the oceans, France. Her powers having grown and refined during her time in Japan, she would hide her demonic features, the horns, pointed ears, glowing eyes, and sharp teeth. It was the time of the First Empire in France; Napoleon had just been named the First Consul for life when she made her home in France, in the city of Marseille. She was almost immediately engaged to a middle class merchant, and was soon married to him. Her engagement and marriage to this man would last a total of three years, before he would mysteriously turn up dead in a canal, his body so ravaged and mangled, that people thought he had been attacked by some wild animal. The female would wander the streets of Marseille for a few years, moving in the dark, seducing the wealthy and gaining more money to hide with her other riches, all being placed in a place that none but her could reach. With her nightlife, a new rumor would start to take off more than it had in previous years, the rumor of vampires starting to walk amongst the people. In all truth, there were already the nightwalkers out and about in Marseille, but with her disregard for subtlety in hiding her victims, people began to start to fear the fact that these creatures were actually truth, as they were, rather than fiction.

She would be asked to leave Marseille by one of a council of said vampires that secretly controlled the area, fearing her methods and unknown nature would attract even more attention than it already had. Not being a vampire, she held no loyalty to them or reason to listen, so she did as she always had, whatever she wanted. It would be during these years, somewhere between 1816 and 1818, that she would receive the scars that would forever remain on her right cheek and eye, and Marseille would lose a ruling clan of vampires. She would leave Marseille for the brighter and larger city of Paris. She would once more mingle with the more human crowd, having again changed her appearance, becoming something of a minor shape shifter; able to change her hair and eye color as well as minor details about her body, though not near as skilled as a regular shape shifter, her basic physical appearance would remain the same, as would the scars that she had accrued throughout the years, now totaling seven, two across her back, one across her chest, two across the middle of her face, one down her right eye and another on her right cheek.

It would be somewhere around the year 1820 that she would remarry again, this time to a wealthy banker, this marriage lasting until sometime in 1840 where he would die as well, though this time from natural causes rather than fatal wounds from some unknown monster. The female would disappear from sight again for a number of years, having been given the bulk of her husband’s fortunes; she would again take the money and hide it away somewhere. She would remain out of sight until sometime in 1860, where the strange woman would once more appear, a young and beautiful Lady of some unknown family of wealth. She had learned early on that money bred greed, and greed had a tendency to not only make people look for those that are attractive, but also made them blind and stupid, easy to manipulate to her whims.

When Prussia attacked Paris in the year of 1870, she would have already left France, her and her husband having fled to nearby Great Britain. She would remain with this man until close to 1884, when he would mysteriously disappear, as would the woman he was married to. In 1888, just four years after such an instance, the infamous cases of Jack the Ripper would start, the red haired female actually the one behind all of it, the cruel and sick woman that had killed those women was none other than our little demon. She would leave for America after she begun to get bored of fooling the British police somewhere in 1891. She would set her sights next on America, the new world, though at the moment, she was merely trying to learn of it from sailors and other such adventurous men. She would remain in Great Britain until after the turn of the century, where she would then pay for passage to America.

Once in America, her history becomes fuzzed, unclear. She traveled the New England colonies as both herself and the guises she had adopted over the years, marrying occasionally and then keeping the finances that she gained with her husbands’ deaths. She participated in a few mafia activities when it suited her purposes, and killed a few of their bosses when they got too much in her way. In the more recent years, she has taken to living a quieter life, though she keeps her actual residence a secret and has multiple homes that she owns and frequents.

Weapons- A Katana and several other throwing knives and daggers.

Personality- Mostly Kasi is a chipper person, happy to the point of being hyper. She has a rather short attention span, so if you cannot hold it for long, then she really has no purpose for you. Easily distractible, she is amused and enraptured by the smallest and often times the most insignificant things. Often she is forgetful, blaming the lost information for not having been important enough for her to remember. When dealing with those that are close to her, she is very child like in her actions and nature, not understanding some of the things that they do. She is very curious about new things.

Abilities- Kasi is a user of an intensely hot blue fire.

The element of darkness to manipulate and use the shadows.

The control of the winds in both an offensive and defensive fashion.

She has a limited telepathic ability, meaning it is only able to be used should she make eye contact with someone, should they close their eyes or she not be able to gaze into theirs for some other reason, she would lose the link that she had connected with them.

She has an amazing amount of energy within her, and nearly as fast as she can use it she can replenish it, making drawn out battles easier for her.

Her body has a unique ability to disperse itself into cherry blossoms at will, where upon she can travel great distances or avoid injury. The blossoms will then reconfigure together to reform her being. If a blossom is destroyed during the process, it does not effect her body. She also uses this ability to transfer herself into a sub-plane of the same dimension that she is currently on.

She is prone to fall into 'rages' during battle, her powers consuming her entirely and changing her into something more monstrous than what she is. During this time her mind does not register pain or fatigue.

As a Planeswalker, she is able to access the powers of Void magic, as well as travel between the realms and planes of the worlds and multiverse.
Other: U/C

******************************************************************************

New History:
Eventually she would break away from others and be seen traveling alone quite often before she would simply... Disappear. Trapping herself in the void to wait out a time until the world was amusing to her again. Now that she is back, she has taken to using her other, less widely known powers, taking on various forms and calling herself something other than what she really is. She had learned of a seal that had been placed on her, and then wiped from her memory a very long time ago. She has taken to secretly working on breaking that seal, though how is a mystery to her. She has also rekindled her habit of collecting eyes and souls.

New Abilities:
She still has access to the flame, wind, and shadow abilities of her past, but rather she chooses not to use them and in their neglect, she has lost much of her power with them. Instead, she works on her Void abilities, and the control of the all consuming Void magic that she has taken to using. She is able to manifest it in two ways now, as a flame look that burns at everything until it is no more, and as dark petals that blow this way and that until they land on the enemy from above, eating multiple small holes through them. ((The way the Void magic works, is that the user calls a bit of the void to themselves, changing it into some form of 'energy' that can best manipulate or that fits their personality, which is why it can take on so many forms, from lightning to flame, to flower petals, ect.. Since the Void is able to devour anything and everything, the magic that is called from it does just that. It will continue to devour the object that it is used on until there is nothing left to fuel it, at which time it will turn on itself, snuffing itself out. An example of this would be to take and use void magic on the earth beneath your feet, say you were to use create a two inch hole in the ground using Void magic, that hole would continue to burrow itself down past the earth's core and to the other side, through whatever else was in its way, and then out into the confines of space until it simply fizzled out because of lack of fuel. The same would go for a person's body, if it a bolt was shot through a person, it would eat a perfect hole through them, but if it is just set on them like a flame, it would burn and eat through them until they were no more.)) She also retains the ability to disperse her body into petals, though she has taken to changing it from her customary cherry blossoms to other flower types. She also has the ability to change her appearance, much in the same fashion of a shape shifter, though this is rarely used as she enjoys the way her current form appears.

*When Yobirin is in Scythe form, she has access to the six elements that the spirit was able to use. Each of the six bells represent one of those elements; fire, earth, wind, electricity, ice, and metal. When each bell is broken, it enchants the scythe with that element for a limited amount of time, and in order to regain the powers from the bells, the weapon must be reverted back to Katana form and the spirit allowed to rest, rendering the weapon a normal blade.

New Personality:
While she retains her kind nature and inquisitiveness from before, she is more collected, calmer than previous. She is also now a bit colder, and less caring as to what happens to those that are not in her immediate circle of influence.

New Weapon:
A specially crafted Katana, of which she has given the name Yobirin. This weapon was made from one of the alternate realms that she visited, one in which they were able to seal souls of other creatures, be they dark or light, to different items. Within her sword rests the soul of a Death God, similar to Earth's Grim Reaper, Yobirin. The blade itself is acid coated to be able to cut through steel, and the weapon, imbued with the spirit of the Death God, is able to act upon its own in order to protect the owner. It is also able to make a transformation, unlocking more of the Spirit that dwells within it, the Katana transforms into a large single headed scythe, with six bells along the dull curve of the blade, and a single large ceremonial looking bell that floats and serves as a shield to the wielder.
