Personality: Being created after the Fall, Luka is less expressive and self-oriented, leading to a very quiet, and obedient but determined nature. Though it takes quite a bit of prodding to anger him (despite his being somewhat easily annoyed), he can have an explosive temper when incited, and can be prone to violence.
Bio: Luka (meaning light) was an angel created in heaven as part of the second generation, after the Fall of Lucifer, and meant to replace Lucifer himself as the most holy and most chaste of angels. Because of his purity and obedience, which shone above that of all others, Luka eventually incited jealousy, leading to a plot against him. Framed for something he did not do, but unable to speak out against his superiors—obedient as he was—Luka was expelled from heaven, to where he can never return. Because of his exemplary service and disposition prior, however, he was granted the gift of being reborn as a human rather than being sent to hell.
Still a baby, Luka was found at a church—Die Kathedrale von St. Michel der Erzengel—where he was raised, studying to become a priest. Very devout in his religious training, Luka was nevertheless hated by many of the locals for his strange appearance—very pale skin and unnatural, violet eyes—surrounded by many strange occurrences, unknowingly attributed to his forgotten angelic powers. He fell in love with a sickly girl from a wealthy, well known family, whom he shared a platonic relationship with, knowing the two of them to could never be together. Eventually, the strange circumstances surrounding him led the locals to believe he was demonic, and he was hunted down, beaten, and drowned. Unable to return to heaven, Luka ended up in hell, where he retained no memory of either of his prior incarnations. Sticking out for the obvious fact that he was a fallen angel, he was soon found and recruited by other fallen angels, now loyal to Lucifer. His state of mind had reverted back to that of complete obedience and disregard for his own feelings and intuitions if they conflicted, though in the back of his mind he felt, whatever he must have done in his past life, he was a horrible person and must have deserved hell. Eventually, after three hundred years had passed, Luka managed to escape from hell, still unable to return to heaven (but with no memory of this). and unwanting to return to hell.He instead found himself in the world of the dead—a plane that exists between the living world and the afterlife (i.e. heaven and hell) that serves to moderate relations between the two realms—where he became an envoy, or an emissary for the dead, charged with many varying tasks regarding keeping the peace. When the group of envoys Luka was a part of disbanded (envoys must work in teams of three), Luka and Jae (the partner he still had left), became grim reapers (higher ranking than envoys, who work in teams of two). Both of them unhappy with the arrangement, finding it harder to work together with the absence of their third team member, the two petitioned for reprieve. Luka, unwilling to return to heaven and unable to return to hell or stay in the world of the dead if not employed, was given the privaledge of being granted a second chance to be born into the human world.
While as an envoy Luka had learned that his powers were those of a fallen angel, and had remembered his life as a human, when he was reborn again he remembered nothing. Left again at a church, he was raised in a catholic orphanage, and excelled in school due to his studious nature, gaining entrance to a prestigious catholic university on scholarships. He lives alone, working to pay rent which isn’t covered under tuition, and studying diligently. Unknown to him, Luka still retains some access to his angelic power, though having not been ‘awakened’ in this life, he knows nothing of it, though he frequently attracts the attention of those seeking to exploit his powers.Relationships:
Kaen: The third member of Luka’s group of envoys (who never exists in any of the time periods I’m willing to RP with Luka during). Luka had some attraction for Kaen, but most of it manifested in brotherly love.
Jae: The second member of Luka’s group of envoys, and his partner for the brief period the two were grim reapers. Constantly at odds with one another, Luka and Jae found they lacked the dynamics to work with one another without Kaen to balance the two. Jae, who was also formerly incarnated as a human, likewise received the chance to be born human again (though unlike Luka he remembers anything), and the two manage to find each other once again, becoming unlikely best friends.
Other: Luka is a bit of a book-ophile, studying many magical, religious books, which most are unable to see anything in but blank pages. For the purposes of furthering his knowledge using these books, Luka reads them blindfolded, as it is the only way for him to truly see what they say, and while blindfolded he sometimes has the ability to see things for what they really are (physically speaking). His extensive knowledge of magical creatures—encompassing everything from their origins to their weaknesses—is considered invaluable by many.

I am willing to RP Luka during various (but not all) periods of his life, including: His first life as a human, his time in hell, the duration in which he was an envoy or grim reaper, the duration between being an envoy and attaining his second human life, or during his second human life. I am also willing to do an extended RP in which the two meet in more than one of the scenarios.
