Describe: A serious but happy-go-lucky kinda dude who harbors a deep resentment against Orochimaru for killing his known family. He is a bit of a pervert and trained under an even greater perv than Jiraiya.... He rarely makes friends much but when he does he will fight to the death with/for them. He likes hanging around in high places and you will usually find him staring at the clouds at the highest point of the village(in highest part of biggest tree he actually has fashioned a room of sorts that he stays in frequently) and he absolutely loves ramen. He is 5' 11" tall and has an almost limitless amount of stamina and the ability to ignore pain like it isn’t there.
Clan: Mazaku Clan, one of the most powerful clans with many different types of extremely powerful Taijutsus that they usually combine with some powerfully jutsus that they combine with their kekkai genkai. Their kekkai genkai makes two sets of swords come out of the back of their hands
Jutsus: Rasengan (fuuton and Katon), also a type rasengan that appears at the base of their swords/tops of their knuckles and other various useful jutsus though they’re all ninjutsus
here be a reasonably good representation of him, though his blades are longer, not black and its only the blades not the other things on top of his hands
