A young boy named Nick, who lived in a orphanage had no one to spend Christmas with. He had no family, he had no friends. Every Christmas eve he spent his time hiding under his bed. He hated holidays, nothing was worse then Christmas day.
He had no beliefs in Santa Claws nor did he every believe in him. He was only eleven years old, a smart boy he was, he says he hates every thing. But he did have one person he did love, it was a young girl named Jane. She was disabled, she couldn’t walk nor could she speak. She could only nod her head, wave her arms and rankle up her nose, witch was her own way of saying “ No “. She was truly cute, but every Christmas her family would visit her and take her home. Sure she would come back to the orphanage the next day, but Nick never got to spend Christmas with her . This year Nick thought of an idea !
On December 23, Nick ran away from the orphanage for at least Two days. Jane saw how cold it was out side, she was worried sick for her Nick. She wouldn’t rankle up her nose for any body but Nick.
She wouldn’t be active with any body, she hand no other relationships with any body else in the orphanage. Will Nick come back ?
On December 25, Christmas day. Some thing surprised Jane, on Christmas day. Jane was going home with her family for good Jane was crying, she was crying because her best friend wasn’t there to say good bye. But just then, Nick came running down the block with a Doll in his hand. He yelled out “ Wait Jane “. Jane’s eyes widen and said her first word “ Nick !! “.Jane’s mother picked her up out of her fathers arms, she was walking towards the car. Nick running as fast as he could, he slipped on his other foot and landed face first in the snow. The doll fell out of his arms and landed near Jane’s mother feet. Jane and her mother looked down, to see a doll with beautiful blonde hair, with awkward looking ears, a chief’s hat on her small round head and a purple bow on glued to her hat, to black ribbons on the sides of her head, a pretty black dress , with a cravat on her neck. “ What a unique doll “ the mother replied. “ it is my gift to your daughter, Mrs. Smith “ said Nick. Nick looked at Jane, who she had tears in her eyes. “ Marry Christmas Jane !!! “
