As i begin to muse on findings of the human heart. I wonder what it is that causes infatuation among the opposite sexes. As one who has come upon the age that infatuation is just something that happens as one goes through his daily routine, females whom at a younger age I would not have noticed catch my eye as I walk by. It seems like a reversal of what happens to a baby. By this I mean, As a child your eyes wander at whatever shows movement, and as an adolescent your eyes wander to any decent looking female that is moving and that dominates one's thoughts. It is sad example of how we are flawed but alas one can do nothing to alieviate this dillema as it is genetically built in to our behavior. At a young age any infatuation is considered puppy love, but as i look at it, all infatuation is in its own way just as immature as the love of adolescents. Willing to give up things for the one with whom you are in "love" is perhaps the strangest thing that i have observed, in all the short time that i have been alive.

I shall continue my thought as i see fit, as they wander to philosphy i shall continue with my thoughts. I think this might pass more as theology and yet i feel as though i should touch on the subject of religion. I heard someone describe ones relationship with the lord in terms i have never heard before. He believed that Jesus is like your lawyer defending you from your sins and the Lord was the judge deciding your fate. He said that upon all the only thing that mattered was not your religion denomination, but that you believed in something. Although I am a gnostic, I have my set of moral values which I try to maintain as much as possible. I believe that perhaps t is better to help others than yourself, and that the test is knowing that if you could do it over again, you'd take the same actions as before.
