Personality:
Stoic like the Lusus who raised her, Valaon is not your average ray of sunshine. She speaks her mind without care of repercussions of her words or actions. This can be considered rude but Valaon honestly doesn't see how it's rude because Isn't telling the truth the right thing to do? If not then what you are supposed to do? She also expects everyone to tell her as it is. This is something she has certainly gotten from her Lusus who has always been straight forward with her without buttering the bread. Valaon doesn't even notice she can be callous nor does she know any different. She is slow to anger but will hold a grudge for centuries if you cross her. She is fearless, brave and enjoys treasure hunting when she isn't working. She hordes all her findings in her room because it's HER treasure. She also enjoys hiking and apple whittling because what troll wouldn't whittle an apple if they were good at it?
As for the hemospectrum, Valaon takes on the same view as her Lusus. Valaon knows her place and has high respect for higher bloods. She respects lower bloods as well but she believes that she is "better" than them or more privileged. Thus, she tends to speak with more respect to a higher blood than she would to someone of a lower blood color. Generally speaking, Valaon won't go out of her way to mention one's blood color.
Something Valaon seems to have issues with is maintaining friendships. She works everyday as much as possible till her work is completed; only then will she go out and about or enjoy her hobbies. She truly believes she doesn't have time for friends or enemies. Mostly because she considers her work more important than going out and making friends or keeping them for that matter. After all, she has to have enough apples to sell in town; gotta make a living, right? Running your own apple business is time consuming so that is a large factor as well which why she doesn't believe there is ever going to be anytime for friendships. However, deep down inside all Valaon wants is a friend; one that can see past her quirkiness and her workaholic tendencies.
[Daring/Brave] - Cautious is something that Valaon certainly is not. She doesn't feel that fear should ever be a factor in her her decision making or anyone for that matter. Instead the young troll welcomes and even thrives off it despite the risks. She is brave and willing to push her limits in order to accomplish her goals and tasks in life. Sure, she cares if she gets hurt but it won't stop her from climbing to the top of that tree or following a treasure map into the Four Fronds. It's because of this trait that she is lucky to have a Lusus to look after her and keep her safe.
"I'm too busy to go out... I have to finish harvesting my apples."
[Hardworking] - Working is one of Valaon's favorite hobbies. When she isn't keeping busy she feels like she is wasting her precious time. She loves nothing more than to pick her apples and other various fruits that she grows. So much so that she gets up as soon as the sun goes down and usually doesn't stop working till the sun is about up.
Flaws:

[Stoic] - It's only natural to feel but that doesn't mean it has to be shown. Valaon isn't one to wear her heart on her sleeve nor will she go out of her way to talk about her feelings. If asked, she will reply honestly but her reply will be with a straight face with no wavier of emotion. This trait is something that she has learned from Crapple; feelings are weakness and so she keeps her emotions in check. Valaon is usually misunderstood because she doesn't emphasize how she feels when she talks. On days where she can't handle life... Valaon treasure hunts or works even harder than usual as an outlet.. a distraction. In general, if the young pinchling is out harvesting apples when most are still sleeping.. chances are she is upset and unable to show it since she honestly has no clue how.

[Blunt] - Valaon is the type to say it like it is regardless of the potential harm it might cause. While she isn't intentionally malicious her demeanor can come across as abrasive; especially as she's always been the type of troll known for calling it like it is. Even if it risks being rude. She doesn't see the point in giving false hope with white lies nor does she expect another troll to bend the truth to spare her feelings. She has no problem telling someone her opinion, whether it be if their cooking is good or if they look fat in that dress... Valaon will tell the truth. Unfortunately this can be a major flaw since she can't lie to save her life.
Valaon and Crapple's hive is in a small farm house in New Hemisect City in the plains. The farmhouse itself is rather small but it does include a kitchen with a fairly good sized thermal hull and hiemal ambry as well as a recreation room. She also has a respiteblock of her own with her very own and very (not) comfortable recuperacoon. Her lusus doesn't sleep inside the farm house but sleeps outside Vala's window in their good sized pond.
Her homestead also includes a lawnring with many flowers as well as a veriety of crops and frond nubs. She grows mostly apples as they are her favorite but also grows peaches and pears as well. Valaon does have some nut frond nubs but is not the biggest fan of cracking them open before selling them. With her and her Lusus's livelihood at stake, Valaon works very hard to make sure she gets every last bit of fruit, vegetable, nut, or produce on her farm in hopes of making a better profit.

Valaon has a very interesting Lusus; she is a large crab with an apple shaped shell that is just large enough to fit a small child troll inside in case of emergencies. Crapple, Valaon's Lusus, surprisingly isn't that protective over her pinchling. She doesn't mind Vala being around other trolls or if she goes out and adventures, so long as Vala is in eyes sight where the Lusus can easily intervene if needed. Crapple does help her pinchling harvest their apples and other frond nub goodies. One could even say that Valaon got her hardworking trait from her Lusus as well as her being stoic. Crapple isn't one to show much emotion; in fact, she tends to have the same blank stare pretty much at all times... even Vala, at times, has trouble feeling out what her Lusus is really feeling.
Even so, Crapple is Valaon's idol and she loves her very much. After all... Crapple is the reason why she knows everything about apple which gave her an income. Another subject that Valaon has inherited from her Lusus is her view on the hemospectrum; anything higher than your own blood is considered superior and demands respect. Valaon truly believes this and actually has a bit of anxiety talking to higher bloods.

--- Sephos ? // If there were a troll that'd be m'friend, it'd be Sephos. He likes all the plantin s**t that I enjoy. He even came over with sum of his own crops and we made a damn good meal. I ain't one to get all touchy feely but I do enjoy his company and would be a bit sad if he stop comin' by.
