Depression isn't something you just get over. There's a difference between depression and sad spells. Depression sticks with you; Funk's not dead.

I have those days.

Today is one of those days. If I didn't have the kids I would just lay around doing nothing and being mopey.

But for them I forced myself to put on pants and we went outside.

I'm getting better. My bf has surprised me here and there with things to cheer me up. He got edible arrangements delivered to me at work on Monday. Then yesterday, I came home to a $200 gift card to MAC (the make up store, not Apple lol)

I'm working on it. I think you gotta hit bottom before you can pick yourself up again.
