Branch Of Sin: Focus Blast. Pelican can charge up blood into either hand (more effectively and preferably on his right) and shoot it in a beam-like formation (like a kamehameha from DBZ). Blasts can only be shot by one hand, and the longer the charge, the stronger and longer the shot and the more blood used. Charging up for maximum power takes about 10 seconds. Blasts can be held up to 3 seconds (1 second minimum), but maximum power will instantly drain his energy and blood. Also, if too much blood is used (1 fully charged shot, 5 minimum power shots) Pelican will go through anemia and will have a lack of/no blood to use.
Physical traits: He is 5'10, 160 lbs. He has an immense Mixed Martial Arts background, which makes him a huge threat even without using his branch of sin. He has a tattoo of a dragon on his right shoulder, which he uses as a logo for the numerous MMA gyms he owns. He has Olympic-level stamina and speed, and Weightlifitng-champion strength. He is at the peak physical level of a human.
Fighting Style: He primarily likes to use his MMA background to fight, using his long-range Branch of Sin as a last resort. Almost no one in DW can compete with his hand-to-hand combat, but he is too laid-back when fighting
Personality: He is a laid-back, calm individual, similar to a traditional Martial Arts Master. He rarely loses his cool, and is cautious and intelligent in making decisions. He is also kind and caring of others.
History: Pelican was born in Tokyo, Japan to an American Father and a Japanese Mother. His father was a pioneer in MMA and owned a couple of gyms called "The Black Dragon", and trained Pelican before he could walk. As a child and youth, Pelican was a phenom in academics and mixed martial arts. He lived a normal life of a popular teen until the Great Tokyo Earthquake, which gave him his Branch of Sin. When returning to school after the incident, he was outcasted by his peers because he would sometimes shoot blood from his hand by accident. However, since his power would probably get him banned from MMA competition, he decided to join his father in the family business. He was good in the business world, and their Black Dragon gyms became the most popular MMA gym in Japan. However, he was framed for tax evasion when his accountants (hired by DW) intentionally did not file the tax payments for him. He was instantly given the Death sentence at DW for having a Branch of Sin. He vows to destroy DW, and to prove his innocence.

Fighting Style: He primarily uses punches (from his Boxing background), and likes to rush his opponents, giving them no time to counter or breathe.
Personality: He is a cocky individual who thinks that he is the strongest person in DW. He is short-tempered, and will start conflict at the smallest infraction. He is also bone-headed and makes unintelligent decisions.
History: Bricks was an up-and-coming heavyweight boxer in the Asian boxing world. However, he was on steroids to boost his strength, which made him not think straight and short-fused during his fights. His greatness in the ring earned him a title shot. At the OPBF (Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation) Championship fight, he knocked down the champion in the first round. However, before the referee could count, Bricks continued to punch the champion to death, even with the attempted restraint from the referee. Because of this, he was sentenced to second-degree murder and sent to DW. He hopes to get paroled early and continue his career. He also promises to be the king and "top dog" among DW inmates.
