I'm going to sacramento in 2 days for a tournament so I'd appreciate the advice for this deck.

If you're going for a tournament and running Machina....let's be honest....you're not going to get far at this point.

CD and CS at 3 basically denies your existence.

That being said, drop your CD down to 1, axe your peacekeepers, and you should probably look into running either a Jinzo or Ancient Gears build...with the former preferred.

Solidarity should be taken out. Seriously...it's just not good.
If you end up running with the Ancient Gear build, I'd suggest Torrential Tribute for field nuking. (Summon Gearframe -> Fetch Fortress -> Nuke Field -> Summon Fortress/Gadjiltron/Etc.).

As for Dust Tornado....that's up in the air.

I'd replace dust tornado with wild tornado, just for the secondary effect.
