I love finding a new film with glbt protagonists. I'm going to list some of mine and please list yours. I'm always on the look out for something new to watch.
Some of my faves include:
Rocky Horror Picture Show, Lost and Delirious, But I'm a Cheerleader, Boys Don't Cry, Better Than Chocolate, Room in Rome, A Single Man, Rent, Milk, Gia, Brokeback Mountain, Angels in America, The Birdcage, Desert Hearts.
The last one seemed really before it's time to me. When I first was reading about it I was like oh great 80's flick but if you ignore the clothing it doesn't feel like an 80's flick. The amount of what is not said plays just as much a role as what is said and I LOVE that.
So what are some of your faves?

I wouldn't necessarily call these all GLBT films, but they feature gay characters prominantly, or sexuality plays a part in the plot.
C.R.A.Z.Y. is a wonderful Quebecois film that is one of my all-time favourites. Another excellent one is J'ai tué ma mère. I also love Saved!, Kinky Boots, Touch of Pink, and Beautiful Thing.
But I'm a Cheerleader was interesting, but it's not really one of my favourites. I found Brokeback Mountain painfully dull and then horribly sad. I got bored with Milk half-way through the movie, and never finished it. I don't think it was poorly made, it just wasn't my cup of tea. I sort of liked Latter Days, but only for Joseph Gordon-Levitt (I could watch him read aloud from the phone book); the acting in general was terrible, but the movie was ok.
I've seen Better Than Chocolate, Lost & Delirious, Loving Annabelle[/] and Imagine Me & You more times than I can count. (I lived with a group of lesbians for a year or two...) None of them really appealed to me, but I wouldn't say they were bad movies at all.
