While we're on the subject, does anyone know the literal translation for ohayougozaimasu? I know it's 'good morning' contextually, but what is it broken down?

Hello there. I'm not from Japan, but I did go there once and plan to study there next year (for 5 months). I'm studying Japanese in college. ^_^ Nice to meet you
@Amyroth: Basicly it means 'it's early'

I believe literally it means "Please a good morning to you", which is a very rough translation. heart
