im probably going to sound stupid but im curious i know their are blank mats like that that you are able to transfer and image to correct? if i am then how and or where do you get those?

You buy the blank white mats at your local card shop.
I got mine for $10.

If you want to self print a mat, you would probably need a printer like this:

I screen printed my own mat in a club at school. Its alot of work and if you mess up it stuck that way.
